Apples and Bourbon
We were able to create this spacious kitchen for our clients by taking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. The large island with seating is great for entertaining as well as countertop space for food prep. The pantry wall provides ample storage and a place to house the refrigerator and double ovens. We wanted to avoid crowding the main walkway through the kitchen from the front of the house to the family room, so we tucked in a coffee bar where a seating area or furniture would be too cumbersome. That way we could give our clients maximum functionality without obstructing the flow. Brass accents pair beautifully with the white and soft green cabinets.
