The home, built in 1911, last sold in 2018 and has undergone a complete transformation over the past year. As you can see from the “before” photos, the siding and base of the porch were falling off, windows were broken, the ceiling had water damage in several places, and the kitchen was a mess.
Cut to today and the home has gotten a modern renovation with resurfaced hardwood floors, a new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, two redone bathrooms with some attractive subway tiles, and much more. The owners also renovated the third floor and staged it as a writing nook, which is kinda cute.
At 1,810 square feet, the home is fairly modest for the neighborhood. It’s also got four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a detached two-car garage.
