Sparkling Seltzer
This kitchen had to be completely reimagined. When we first walked on site, we found a half demolished kitchen with a design that wasn’t much of an improvement over the old one. The client asked us to be creative and design a new, more spacious layout with increased storage and prep space. The existing kitchen area was too small to fit an island, and next to it was a large dining room that the clients didn’t have a need for. We suggested switching the kitchen and dining room to create an open layout that fit the needs of their growing family. The sink and microwave went into the island, and the range is centered on a window with a pop-up downdraft behind it for ventilation. The new design allows for much better functionality and flow.
